Please note that all our water-based products might freeze before they are delivered to you during the winter. Freezing does not affect the quality of product (essential oil, hydrosol or vegetable oil), but the expansion effect sometimes causes spilling that will affect your package. It is your responsibility to make sure you choose an appropriate delivery mode to avoid any damage that could occur to the products you ordered for delivery. (suggestion: choose delivery with signature)

This Policy applies to online and phone orders.
• $10 Flat Rate for any order under $100 (before taxes).
• FREE Delivery for any order over $100 (before taxes). |
Signature Delivery
Signature Delivery allows you to make sure your purchases are handed in to you and never remain unattended in your mailbox. This service is available for an extra charge of 1.50$ + taxes that will be added to your 10$ Flat Rate or Free Delivery.

International Delivery
We do ship orders outside Canada (United-States, Europe, etc.).
Transportation Fee Calculation
A flat rate has been temporarily set to 25$ for United States. Unfortunately, for the moment, we can not provide the price for other international shipments. Transportation fee is calculated for every order. But you can be sure we do make our best to find the most economical solution for you.
