Safety: Essential oils are highly active substances with incredibly diverse molecules. It is your responsibility to use it properly.
Therapeutic Use of Essential Oils: We advise that you consult with a professional aromatherapist or physician. I you do not, you must at least be aware of contraindications and interactions with other products. Essential oils must be used respecting physiological dosages.
The information contained in this Web site is, to the best of our knowledge, true and complete. We do not accept any liability connected with the use of this non medical information. 

Ordering Process
Orders can be passed online, over the phone or by email.
Online Orders: All you need to do is to create an account and start using the functionalities of our transactional website.
Phone Orders: We suggest that you refer to the information provided on our website to prepare any phone order.
Order Modifications: It is impossible to make any modifications after 12:00 the day after you place an order.
Temporarily unavailable products: We do not automatically ship back orders. It is your responsibility to order when products become available.
In case of error on an order: Please note that you may advise us of an error in the preparation of your order only within 15 days of receiving your package.

Prices: All prices are given in Canadian dollars.
Please note that all prices can change without prior notice.

All orders are payable in advance.
Payment Methods:
Visa and MasterCard, certified cheque and postal money orders, personal cheques and wire transfers (WITHOUT COST TO THE BENEFICIARY). Orders will ship only when payment is secured.

Shipping
Retail orders delivered in Canada:
Flat 10$ delivery rate for all orders under 100$ before taxes.
Free delivery with all orders over 100$ before taxes.
Signature Delivery: Signature delivery ensures you that your parcel will only be delivered to you, in person. A supplement of 1.50$ + taxes will be charged for that option (no matter if your shipping is free or flat rated).
International Delivery: We do ship outside Canada (United-States, Europe, etc.).
Change of address: Moving? Please call us 418-268-3406 (toll free: 1-866-596-3406) or email us kEncEmailwfoufAbmjltjs/dpn  to make changes. 

Returns
Returns on defect products: All returns must be approved over the phone before being made. Products will be refunded or credited according to the agreement. No refunds will be granted if shipping dates back to more than 60 days. For aromatherapy diffusers, warranty period varies.
Restocking Fee: On all non-defect returns, a restocking fee of 15% will charged and all shipping fees will be assumed by the client. If shipping had originally been assumed by Aliksir, the 10$ flat rate is deducted from refund.
The refunding of non defect products is only granted upon verification of original packages. Jars and bottles must never have been opened.
Special Orders and Custom preparations: No return is possible. 

Privacy
Personal information (names, address, phone number, email and credit card number) submitted on our website are entirely confidential. Authorized staff only will be able to access your information.
