Agreement for Payment
All orders are payable in advance.

Shipping
Shipping charges are to the customer’s expense.
Term of Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been accepted, and that your items will be shipped to you. The term of delivery is of 4 business days following the confirmation date of your order.

Personal information (names, address, phone number, email, credit card number) entered on our website, www.aliksir.com, are managed to ensure privacy. Authorized members of our staff in charge of following up on the orders are the only persons who can access to your data.
Return Policy
Products returned can only be refunded if they have not been altered; bottles and containers must have never been opened and still be in the original packaging. No refunding or exchange will be granted past 30 days after purchase date.
Return Procedure

2- Return items (at the expense of the sender) as well as a copy of the original invoice in a parcel to the following address:

Refunding is made once the parcel has been received and applied to the customer’s account or on his credit card.
